The evening begins with champagne and canapés, before sitting down to a carefully curated menu showcasing game from the Burghley Estate, complemented by wines from Hallgarten & Novum.

 

Each course celebrates the seasonality and heritage of British countryside game, accompanied with insight from writer and broadcaster Patrick Galbraith and Burghley’s own gamekeeper Ant McLearnon.
