The evening begins with Champagne and canapés before a menu celebrating estate game, paired with wines from Crown Cellar.

Throughout dinner Burghley's Gamekeeper, Ant McLearnon will share stories and insights into the estate, its wildlife and the role of game in the British countryside, bringing added context to each course without ever taking over the table.
